Breast augmentation

Breast augmentation, augmentation mammoplasty, is a surgical procedure to enhance the size and shape of a woman's breast. The surgeon inserts an implant behind each breast. The breast implant is a silicone shell filled with either a salt-water solution (saline) or silicone gel.
